Buffalo Wild Wings Signs With BDI Racing
Stroupes, Dillners and Williams to Represent Restaurant In Various Forms of Racing

BDI Racing has been blazin' the short tracks around the country this year in various forms of racing and now the organization will be taking the Blazin' Challenge, just like thousands of other Americans have done.  BDI's Driver Development program announced today it has signed Buffalo Wild Wings as a marketing partner for the remainder of 2008.

The Blazin' Challenge welcomes any adult to attempt to eat a dozen wings with BWW's signature Blazin' sauce in six minutes.  While none of BDI Racing's development drivers is above 15 years of age, the entire team will be enjoying plenty of wings at Buffalo Wild Wings in Concord, NC, in Afton Ridge.

“This program is extremely exciting for all of us,” said team owner Bob Dillner, who is also a NASCAR on SPEED broadcaster.  “I've consumed plenty of wings at Buffalo Wild Wings, and now we will be part of the same family from a team perspective.  You can be rest-assured we'll all be eating our favorite wings, wraps and burgers there, and we invite all of our fans and competitors to do the same.”

The Buffalo Wild Wings / BDI Racing partnership kicks off with the Summer Shootout at the Lowe's Motor Speedway (June 10th – August 12th).  The team will field one full-time team, with Legends

Car Pro Division driver Josh Williams, and will also compete part-time with Legends Car Young Lions driver Nick Stroupe.

Williams will compete in a car numbered 40-cents, in recognition of the restaurant's “Wing Tuesdays” promotion, which features 40-cent wings every Tuesday. Since the Summer Shootout is held on Tuesdays, it's a perfect fit for the team and other competitors to make the short five-minute drive from Lowe's Motor Speedway after the race to Buffalo Wild Wings in the Afton Ridge shopping center at Exit 54 ( George Lyles Parkway ) off of I-85.

“We're planning on being at Buffalo Wild Wings starting on week one of the Shootout,” said Williams. “Bob (Dillner) loves the Asian Zing wings, and I know we'll be having a lot of them. I'm just proud to be associated with a great team with BDI Racing and such a great sponsor in Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm bringing my appetite to Afton Ridge after the races.”

Buffalo Wild Wings will also be associated with BDI Racing in many other areas, including Zach Stroupe's Super Late Model and the Pro Challenge machines of both national title contender Nick Stroupe and Rookie of the Year candidate Meghan Dillner.

“Our whole team eats there regularly and my sister, Katie, and I always share the honey barbeque boneless wings,” said Meghan, who is a freshman in high school. “We are excited to have them support our BDI Racing team, from Josh's Legends Car in the Summer Shootout to Nick and me in Pro Challenge and Zach in our Late Model. I want everyone to know they have the best wings in town.”

In fact, their boneless wings are part of a “Boneless Thursdays” promotion at Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants, including the one in Afton Ridge in Concord, NC. For more information, please visit www.buffalowildwings.com.

BDI Racing actually kicked off their association with Buffalo Wild Wings at Lowe's Motor Speedway's Pole Night festivities for the 600 NASCAR Sprint Cup weekend in May. Meghan Dillner drove her final Bandolero event and was running in the top-five before a clutch failed her machine.

The 10-week Summer Shootout series begins Tuesday, June 10 th , at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina. It concludes on Tuesday, August 12 th , so be sure to come out and cheer Josh Williams on as he races for victories in the Legends Car Pro Division in the BDI Racing / Buffalo Wild Wings 40-cents machine. Each event is broadcast later in the year on SPEED.

Marketing opportunities for the BDI Racing team and its driver development program in Super Late Models, Pro Challenge, Legends Cars and Bandoleros are still available for the 2008 season.
