DAKODA ARMSTRONG'S THOUGHTS ON THE CORDELE EVENT: “For an open-wheel driver who's just now starting to race big cars, you learn just how different they are. These cars are so much heavier. Just getting laps is the biggest thing for me. I'm looking forward to this race and hopefully we'll be able to keep the fenders on it, finish the race and gain some experience as we go on down the road.”

This season, Armstrong has focused on adapting his skills for stock car racing, in addition to still keeping a solid USAC schedule and has seen immediate success, with two top-12 finishes in the first two NASCAR Camping World East Series races of the 2009 season.
